Job rotation develops deep knowledge of machinery, systems and processes in the company.

This enables employees to envision and solve problems on various levels quickly and precisely.

It also injects the challenge of job change and helps stop them getting bored! – A person who has worked for 30 years in the same company may actually have had a more varied work life than someone in the West who has changed jobs several times during the same period.
